Super comfortable, just right stretch.. however. It enough to stretch out so they become baggy/look worn or too big. I can wear these at least 2-3 times before I wash them(more pre-covid19.. though ) highly recommend. I am 5’4 and they come right below my ankle a good inch or 2. So if you truly want “ankle jeans “ you may need to be over 5’6 to make these “ankle short “. I love them though.I was told to purchase the smallest size you can manage to fit into when it comes to Paige Verdugo jeans. I originally purchased a size 25 at Nordstroms and originally it felt super tight but they do stretch out to the perfect size. No bagging, super comfortable and as long as you wash them the correct way, will last for a long time. They are the ultimate skinny jean. This time I purchased a size 24 because I lost a bit of weight and both 24 and 25 fit well. 25 being a bit more room in the waist. I am 5'4, 115 pounds, with a butt. These jeans make it look even better. And the ankle length is perfect for my height. I believe these jeans are worth the crazy price. I'm done buying 30 dollars jeans that don't keep their shape. I have wasted tons of money on jeans that just get thrown out or never worn. Get these in a few different colors and you'll be set for a long time and your search for the perfect skinny jean will be over. Trust me.I already knew I loved Paige Verdugo jeans but wanted a lighter wash pair and these are darker than pictured but I still love them and kept them (they're super flattering and slimming). I'm a 26 in Paige and these 26s fit just right like my other pairs. I'm 5'3" and the ankle length is full length on me which is great. The underside is navy blue so if you roll the hems that's what you see. These are the Transcend fabric blend which I love (super soft, not thick or stiff) because of the Rayon I guess. They do wrinkle slightly at the knee but that's a minor flaw in my mind. I also tried the Verdugo ankle Jean in Nash, which I returned, because I liked these better. These are my favorite jeans because they fit perfectly without losing their shape, they're soft, the color is beautiful and they are still a lower rise than what's coming out lately. I'm 5'2" and the ankle length fits me like a regular jean so I don't have to hem them. I've been wearing Paige jeans for years, ever since a friend recommended them to me. A jean you can dress up with heels, or where every day with tennis shoes. No bling, or pocket flaps to make you look like you're trying to hard. Just a jean that fits great and is very comfortable.I have huge calves and am 5'2" 135 pounds. This brand and these jeans are the only ones I own and buy repeatedly (in size 26). I never have to hem them and they don't fit too tight around my calves that when I walk they end up pulling down my pants like cheap jeans do. I also can go with or without a belt, which is crazy because other brands a belt is always a must. Give em a try if you're short and bordering overweight.Lovely soft denim. Not quite as skinny as I would have thought though. They are still a little loose around the calves - and I don't have skinny calves by any means. Still, the slightly looser skinny style is a bit more forgiving. I'm 5'2", so I thought the ankle length would be a full leg for me - but I still had to have them hemmed. They actually have loosened up quite a bit after wearing them for a week. I can see why other people have said to order one size smaller. I will do that next time.I'm such a fan of Paige jeans, that they are almost all that I wear. These particular jeans are as soft as flannel(hear that all you pajama-wearing people, you can look good and still be comfortable). The waist is in the right place, not causing too much bulging over the top;) I'm 5'2" and the length is perfect(size 26). There's no fancy stitching to bring attention to places I'd rather not, just the sleek fit of a grown-up jean. No pinching anywhere, just a soft, wonderfully fitting jean. These Paige jeans are the most flattering and soft pair of jeans that I have ever worn. The fit is amazing and like a skinny jean. I'm 5'1 and 106 pounds with muscular legs so the 26 was perfect for me. The comfort level is off the charts amazing and these definitely don't stretch out as much as some of my other jeans. In short, if you want to splurge on one pair then let it be this one and you won't regret it!These jeans look great, and are so comfortable. However, I've washed them once, on cold, for 20 minutes and air dried (ie. followed the instructions), and they are ruined. Lots of horizontal puckering all over the front thighs. I tried wearing them anyway, in the hope that the stretch would pull the puckers out, but no, they are visible and make the material look like an old dish rag. Very expensive mistake.Tried to returnUnfortunately these jeans did not hold up. From the get go they stretched out excessively between washes and the fabric wasn't smooth (the stretch used was faulty or something... They look bumpy). I ordered these because I have had the exact same pair for years and have worn them to death without issue. I always follow washing instructions. I think that I must have received a faulty pair. Either that or they changed the fabrication and the quality went down. So disappointed as that is a lot of money to spend on a pair of jeans that I can't wear. Even my husband has pointed out how horrible they look. For over $200 for a pair of jeans, I am incredibly disappointed with these. After one wear (not even wash) the fabric around the legs stretched out considerably and left me with a baggy, unflattering pair of jeans. I washed them to see if the form would come back, but alas, it did not. So disappointed.I have these jeans in another colour that I bought from a boutique and I love them. These jeans don't keep their shape. They stretch out easily and the material isn't as nice.
